染料生产废水处理工程实例

         

摘要

针对某染料生产废水水质特征,设计采用微电解-水解酸化-SBR-浅层气浮-砂滤-活性炭吸附的组合处理工艺,处理规模为3000 m3/d。工程运行结果表明: CODCr、 NH3-N、色度的去除率分别为93.1%、76.9%、92.5%,出水水质稳定达到设计要求。介绍了工艺流程的设计及调试运行,给出了主要构筑物设计参数。%In view of the characteristics of the wastewater from dyestuff production, a combined process of microelectrolysis-hydrolytic acidification-SBR-shallow air flotation-sand filtration-activated carbon adsorption was adopted for an actural project with treatment scale of 3 000 m3/d. The engineering operating results showed that, the removal rates of CODCr, NH3-N and colority were 93.1%, 76.9% and 92.5% respectively, the effluent water quality was stable and met the design requirement. The design of the process flow as well as the commis-sioning and operation of the system were introduced, besides, the design parameters of the main structures were also provided.
