农药制剂废水处理工程设计及运行实例

         

摘要

Pesticide formulation wastewater contains pesticide and intermediate which characterized by complicated components, hard biodegradable and seriously polluted. A pesticide formulation enterprise park using adjustment-iron carbon micro-electrolysis-A/O biochemical-oxidation sedimentation combined process to treat the said kind of wastewater, the process flow, design parameters and operation cost were introduced. The results of the adjustment operation showed that, the main indexes of the effluent water from the said process met the re-quirement of DB 41/1135—2016 Indirect Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Chemical Industry. The said process ran stably, the management was simple and had no secondary pollution.%农药制剂废水含有农药和中间体,水质成分复杂,难以生物降解且污染严重.某农药制剂企业园区采用调节-铁碳微电解-A/O生化-氧化沉淀组合工艺处理该类废水,介绍了处理工艺流程、 设计参数及运行成本.调试运行结果表明,该工艺处理出水主要指标满足DB 41/1135—2016《化工行业水污染物间接排放标准》要求,该工艺运行稳定、 管理简单方便、 无二次污染.
