制氧厂低温循环冷却水处理药剂配方的研究与应用

     

摘要

In order to solve the problem of corrosion and scaling of low temperature circulating cooling wa-ter system in oxygen generating plant, rotary coupon test and static scale inhibition test were used to develop low temperature circulating cooling water treatment agent formula. The results of the project application showed that, when the agent dosage was 30 mg/L, the average corrosion rate of carbon steel was 0.0324 mm/a, and the refrig-eration equipment had no fouling phenomenon, the average refrigerating efficiency of refrigeration unit was 99.09%. The formula of the new developed low temperature circulating cooling water treatment agent could not only meet the requirement of GB 50050—2007 Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treat-ment, but also satisfy production needs.%为解决制氧厂低温循环冷却水系统的腐蚀结垢问题,采用旋转挂片腐蚀试验和静态阻垢试验研制了低温循环冷却水处理药剂配方.工程应用结果表明,在投药量为30 mg/L的条件下,碳钢平均腐蚀速率为0.0324 mm/a,制冷设备没有结垢现象,冷冻机组平均制冷效率为99.09%.新研制的低温循环冷却水处理药剂配方符合GB 50050—2007《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》的要求,能够满足生产需要.
