调味品生产废水处理工程设计

摘要

调味品生产废水与生活污水的混合废水具有有机物浓度高、可生化性好的特点,设计采用水解酸化-CAST-纤维转盘过滤的组合处理工艺,介绍了该工艺流程的设计参数及运行效果.工程实际运行结果表明,该组合工艺生化处理系统运行稳定,出水水质能持续稳定达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准.%Condiment production wastewater mixed with domestic sewage has high organic matter concen-tration and good biodegradability,a combined process of hydrolysis acidification-CAST-rotary fiber dish filtration was adopted for its treatment,the design parameters and operation effect of the said process were introduced.The actual running results of the project showed that,the biochemical treatment system of the combined process ran stably,the effluent water maintained a stably quality,which met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutant for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.
