DTRO处理垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液的中试研究

     

摘要

采用DTRO工艺对垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液的膜浓缩液进行减量化中试,考察了不同水回收率下的DTRO系统运行工况及产水水质,并分析了膜清洗后的通量恢复效果.结果表明:在水回收率为50%时,系统运行稳定、处理效果好,此时脱盐率达到97%左右,CODCr、总氮、氯离子去除率分别达到99.3%、97.3%、98.1%以上;而水回收率从50%提高至65%时,膜污染较严重,但产水水质变化不大;系统连续运行14 d后利用盐酸和氢氧化钠溶液对膜进行化学清洗,膜通量恢复程度高,恢复率达到95%以上.DTRO产水与原反渗透产水混合后可作为垃圾焚烧厂锅炉补给水,而减量后的浓缩液可全部回喷至焚烧炉焚烧.%A pilot-scale test that using DTRO process to reduce the membrane concentrate of landfill leachate from a waste incineration plant was carried out,the operational states and produced water quality of DTRO system under different water recovery conditions were investigated,besides,the flux restoration effect through the membrane washing was also analyzed.The results showed that,when the water recovery rate was 50%,DTRO system ran stably with good treatment effect,the desalinization rate reached about 97%,and the removal rates of COD,total nitrogen and chloride ions were above 99.3%,97.3%and 98.1%respectively.When the water recovery rate increased from 50%to 65%,serious membrane fouling appears while produced water quality changes little.After a 14-day continuous operation,the membrane was cleaned by HCl and NaOH,the degree of membrane flux recovery reached above 95%.The DTRO penetrating fluid could be used as the boiler feed water after mixed with the reverse osmosis water,and the concentrate could be sent to incinerator for burning.
