某化纤废水处理工程实践与工艺探讨

摘要

简述了某化纤有限公司12 000 m3/d污水处理工程,其废水主要由高温、高酸度的酸性废水(其中一部分还含有高浓度的Zn2+)和含硫化物、高浓度有机物的碱性废水组成.针对酸碱废水的不同性质,采取物化+生化处理工艺对其进行处理,对废水中的COD、SS、Zn2+、硫化物等物质的去除率分别达到了92.4%、91.1%、94.9%和100%.出水稳定地达到了<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)中的一级排放标准的要求.%The wastewater from a 12 000 m3/d wastewater treatment engineering in a chemical fiber Co., Ltd., is mainly highly acidic with high temperature and part of it contains highly concentrated Zn2+. The other part of the it contains highly concentrated organisms and some alkaline sulfide. Aiming at the different properties of the acid-base wastewater, the physiochemical+biochemieal process has been used. The removing rates of COD, SS, and Zn2+ and sulphide reach 92.4%, 91.1%, 94.9% and 100%, respectively. The effluent water is stable, meeting the demands of the First Grade Standard of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge(GB 8978-1996).
