高炉煤气TRT发电机系统沉积控制的研究

     

摘要

The turbine is the core of a TRT generator system of blast furnace gas, and the rotor is the main component part of a turbine. Uneven salt deposit on the rotor blades will cause main shaft polarization until it is damaged. The cause of formation of rotor blade salt deposit and the ingredients of salt deposit have been analyzed. Using an appropriate treatment and matched salt deposit inhibitor can effectively avoid the main shaft polarization phenomena caused by rotor blades salt deposit on the turbine of TRT generator system. As a result,it assures that the TRT generator system works reliably and long periodically.%透平机是高炉煤气TRT发电机系统的核心,转子则是透平机的主要部件,当转子叶片积盐不均时会引起主轴偏振直至损坏.分析了转子叶片积盐成因及积盐成分,采用合理的处理方案及配套积盐抑制剂,可有效解决TRT发电机系统透平机转子叶片积盐导致的主轴偏振现象,保证了高炉煤气TRT发电机系统长周期可靠地运行.
