改性甲壳素杀菌混凝剂的研制及性能实验

     

摘要

The quaternary phosphonium-based grafted chitin,which has good coagulating and bactericidal properties, has been synthesized with chitin, thionyl chloride and triphenylphosphine as raw materials. Its bacteridal effects on colon bacillus and Candida are investigated. By dynamic coagulation tests,the coagulating effects of modified chitin on simulated Kaoline wastewater are investigated. Experimental results show that the optimal synthetic conditions for the bactericide-coagulant are as follows :,n(chitin) -n (thionyl chloride):n (triphenyl phosphorus) is l:1.5:1.5,graft copolymerization reaction temperature is 70 ℃,reaction time is 10 h,and cyclohexanone as solvent. The turbidity removing rate could reach 80% when the pH is 6, simulated water turbidity is 102 NTU,and its dosage is 30 mg/L. When the dosages of modified chitin are 10 mg/L and 40 mg/L, respectively ,both of the bactericidal rates of colon bacillus and Candida can achieve 90% above.%以甲壳素、亚硫酰氯、三苯基磷为原料,合成了具有良好混凝及杀菌性能的季(鏻)基接枝甲壳素.考察了其对大肠杆菌和假丝酵母菌的杀菌能力.通过动态混凝试验考察了改性甲壳素对高岭土模拟废水的混凝效果.实验结果表明,该杀菌混凝剂最佳合成条件:n(甲壳素)∶n(亚硫酰氯)∶n(三苯基磷)为1∶1.5∶1.5,接枝反应温度为70℃,反应时间为10 h,环己酮为溶剂.改性甲壳素在pH=6、模拟水浊度为102 NTU、投药量为30 mg/L的条件下,除浊率可达80%;当投药量分别为10、40 mg/L时,改性甲壳素对大肠杆菌、假丝酵母菌的杀菌率均可达到90%以上.
