采用UASB处理含甲醇高浓度酯类废水,在HRT为4d,COD容积负荷为1.32 kg/(m3·d)时,总COD去除率大于95%,出水COD在300~400mg/L之间.进水COD、水力停留时间和碱度的投加是UASB启动的关键因素.处理过程中系统内的pH稳定在7.3~7.6,且未出现VFA累积,说明甲醇的降解途径不需经过酸化阶段.%UASB has been used for treating high-concentration methanol-containing ester wastewater. The total removing rate can be higher than 95% and effluent COD is between 300-400 mg/L,under the conditions as follows: VLR=1.32 kg/(m3·d) and HRT=4 d. The key factors of UASB start-up are influent C0D,HRT and dosage alkalinity. During the treatment process,the pH in the system should be maintained at 7.3-7.6. No volatile fatty acids accumulation has been observed in the experiment. The result indicates that the degradation route of methanol undergoes no acidification phase.
