新型水处理铁炭微电解材料的制备及应用

     

摘要

The filler hardening and replacing problems of traditional iron-carbon bed have restricted the development and application of micro-electrolysis technology seriously. A new type of spherical micro-electrolysis material is made from scrap iron and activated carbon, as main raw materials, and bentonite, as caking agent. The wastewater in a chemical industrial park is studied. The effects of iron/carbon ratio of micro-electrolysis materials, content of bentonite , varieties of additives and sintering temperature on the treatment-effectiveness of wastewater are investigated systematically, and the optimum preparation method is determined. The results show that using the new materials for treating the wastewater in a chemical industrial park,the COD removing rate is 22%,acute biotoxicity reduction rate is as high as 90% , and B/C increases by 59%. The analytical result of the structural characteristics of micro-electrolysis materials shows that the solid pore structure of the materials is mostly mesoporous, and its specific surface area is 16.45 m2/g,and average aperture 5.889 nm.%传统铁炭床的填料板结和更换问题,严重制约了微电解工艺的发展和应用.以铁屑和活性炭为主要原料,以膨润土为黏结剂,经过高温焙烧制成球状新型微电解材料.以某化工园区废水为研究对象,通过系统考察微电解材料的铁炭比、膨润土含量、添加剂种类和焙烧温度对废水处理效果的影响,确定了最佳制备方法.结果表明,采用该新型微电解材料处理化工园区废水,COD.去除率为22%,废水的生物急性毒性削减率高达90%,B/C可提高59%.对新型微电解材料的结构特性分析结果表明,材料的固体孔结构多为介孔,比表面积为16.45 m2/g,平均孔径为5.889 nm.
