The wastewater from SP flooding in Gudao has strong stability and is hard to be demulsified.The characteristics of SP flooding emulsifier has been studied by methods,such as electron microscopy,laser particle size distribution,electric potential,microscopic structure,etc.Aiming at the characteristics of emulsifier,free radical aqueous solution polymerization has been used.A new type of reverse demulsifier WRD-34 which is appropriate for SP flooding wastewater has been developed.Its oil removing rate for SP flooding is above 80%,apparently superior to other common agents.%孤岛二元驱采出污水稳定性强,破乳困难.采用电镜分析、激光粒度分布分析、电位分析和微观结构分析等方法研究了二元驱乳状液的特性.针对乳状液特性,采用自由基水溶液聚合方法,研制了适用于二元驱污水的新型反相破乳剂WRD-34.WRD-34对二元驱污水的除油率达到80%以上,明显优于其他常用药剂.
