针对黄金矿业废水有毒重金属污染严重的问题,采用同轴极脉冲电絮凝法对黄金矿业废水中的Cd2+进行处理。结合能耗分析,考察了电流密度、初始pH、电解时间、搅拌速度对处理效果的影响。结果表明,对于Cd2+初始质量浓度为0.2441 mg/L的黄金矿业废水,当电流密度为1.5 A/dm2,电解时间为25 min,初始pH为6,搅拌速度为500 r/min时,Cd2+去除率达到96.6%,能耗为17.81 kW·h/mg。同轴极脉冲电絮凝法对Cd2+有较好的去除效果。%Aiming at the serious problem of the toxic heavy metal pollution in gold mining wastewater ,the Cd2+contained in gold mining wastewater has been treated by the coaxial pole pulsed electro-flocculation process. Combined with energy consumption analysis,the effects of current density,initial pH,electrolytic time,and stirring speed on the treatment efficiency are investigated. The results show that for the gold mining wastewater whose Cd2+initial mass concentration is 0.244 1 mg/L,when operating conditions are as follows:current density 1.5 A/dm2, electrolysis time 25 min,initial pH=6,and stirring speed 500 r/min,the Cd2+removing rate reaches 96.6%and energy consumption 17.81 kW·h/mg. The coaxial pole pulsed electro-flocculation process has good removing effect on Cd2+.
