三维电解法深度处理发酵制药废水

     

摘要

Based on the charac teristics of water quality of the secondary biochemical effluent from pharmaceutical fermentation,three-dimension electrolytic technology has been used for the advanced wastewater treatment,under laboratory conditions. By single-factor and orthogonal tests, the effects of pH,current density,activated carbon dosage,reaction time,etc. on the treatment efficiency are investigated. The results show that the optimal reaction conditions of three-dimension electrolysis are as follows:electrolysis time is 40 min,current density 50 mA/cm2,pH=3,and activated carbon dosage 15 g/L. After the electrolyzed effluent has been treated by activated sludge process ,it can meet the requirements of the Discharge Standard of the Pollutants in Industrial Wastewater from Pharmaceutical Fermentation(GB 21903-2008).%针对发酵制药废水二级生化出水的水质特点,在实验室水平下利用三维电解法对其进行了深度处理研究,通过单因素实验和正交实验考察了pH、电流密度、活性炭投加量及反应时间等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,三维电解的最佳反应条件:电解时间为40 min,电流密度为50 mA/cm2,pH为3,活性炭投加量为15 g/L。电解出水经活性污泥法处理后达到《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21903-2008)的排放要求。
