为适应日益扩大的生产规模，解决水源紧张问题，蓝思科技（湖南）有限公司建设了研磨废水处理及回用水厂。该工程不仅可以减小对环境的水污染，解决部分水源问题，同时处理后的废水回用为公司带来了一定的经济效益。该工程处理规模为15000 m3/d，采用调节池/高效沉淀池/D型滤池处理工艺，处理出水回用做生产清洗水。%Since the production capacity i s getting larger and larger ,the problem of water source scarcity has to be solved. A treatment and recycling water plant of whet wastewater has been built by LENS Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd.. The project can reduce environmental water pollution , provide a water source partially ,and the recycling of treated wastewater can bring certain economic benefits for the company. The treatment capacity of the project is 15 000 m3/d. The treatment process,regulating pond-high-efficiency sedimentation-D-type filter are adopted,and the treated effluent is used as cleaning water in production.
