紫外分光光度法测定氮基三亚甲基膦酸氮氧化物的含量

摘要

建立了应用紫外分光光度计直接测定氮基三亚甲基膦酸氮氧化物（ATMPO）浓度的分析方法，研究了pH以及H2O2、ATMP、PO43-浓度对ATMPO测定的影响。结果表明，在204 nm处，当pH为2~9、H2O2质量分数<1%、ATMP质量分数<2%、PO43-质量分数<2%时，对ATMPO测定的影响可以忽略，吸光度与ATMPO浓度之间呈良好线性关系。方法简单快速、准确度高，检出限是3 mg/L，可作为ATMPO含量的分析方法。%An analytical method for directly determining the concentration of nitrilotris(methylene phosphonic acid) N-oxide(ATMPO) by UV spectrophotometry has been developed. The influences of pH,and concentrations of H2O2, ATMP and PO43-on the determination of ATMPO has been studied. The results show that the influences can be ne-glected,at 204 nm when pH is 2-9,H2O2 mass fraction<1%,ATMP mass fraction<2%,and PO43-mass fraction<2%. Good linear relationship between absorbency and the concentration of ATMPO is shown. The method is simple , rapid,and accurate. Its detection limit is 3 mg/L. It can be used as an analytical method for the determination of ATMPO content.
