对UASB处理含油废水的效能和运行特征进行了研究,并通过高通量测序手段,分析了系统微生物群落结构的动态变化.实验结果表明,投加葡萄糖,采用逐步降低HRT和提高含油废水COD的运行方式,60 d可完成反应器启动.稳定运行期〔有机负荷为8~10 kg/(m3·d)〕,颗粒污泥的粒径为0.46~0.60 mm,COD平均去除率可达89.14%.进水基质会改变系统菌群结构,当含油废水为唯一碳源,系统内产甲烷菌、水解酸化菌和石油降解菌大量增殖,保证了UASB的高效稳定运行.%The efficiency and operation characteristics of UASB for the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater have been researched ,and the dynamic changes of system micro-flora structure analyzed by high flux sequencing means. The experimental results show that it takes 60 days to complete the reactor start-up by means of decreasing HRT and increasing the oil-bearing wastewater COD. During the stable operation period〔OLR=8~10 kg/(m3·d)〕, the particle sizes of granular sludge are in the range of 0.46~0.60 mm,and the average COD removing rate can reach 89.14%. The influent substrates can change the structure of the system micro-flora. When oil-bearing waste-water is the only carbon source,the methanogens,hydrolytic acidification bacteria and oil-degrading bacteria pro-duced in the system are proliferated greatly,which ensures UASB to run efficiently and stably.
