三维电极法处理含氯废水过程中电解活性氯的研究

         

摘要

将软锰矿粒子电极应用于三维电极系统处理含氯SMP模拟废水,考察了电流强度、pH、氯化钠浓度、粒子电极投加量对活性氯浓度的影响,探索了活性氯对SMP降解效果的影响及其降解机理.结果表明:活性氯浓度随电流、氯化钠浓度、粒子电极投加量的增大而增加,碱性条件不利于活性氯生成,活性氯能提高COD去除率,但电解效果并不随活性氯增多而一直增强;活性氯对SMP的降解主要是通过氧化破坏苯环结构或取代苯环的氢转变为易降解的中间产物.%The pyrolusite particle electrode has been applied to a three dimensional electrode system for treating chlorine?containing SMP simulated wastewater. The influences of current intensity,pH,concentration of sodium chloride and the dosage of pyrolusite particle electrodes on the concentration of activated chloride are investigated , and the influence of active chlorine on the SMP degradation effect and the degradation mechanism of active chlo?rine probed into. The results show that the concentration of active chlorine increases with the increased of current intensity,concentration of sodium chloride and the dosage of pyrolusite particle electrodes. The alkaline condi?tions are not favorable for the formation of activated chlorine ,activated chlorine can improve the COD removing rate. However,the electrolytic effect does not increase with the increase of activate chlorine all the time. The deg?radation of SMP by active chlorine is mainly through oxidation for destroying the structure of benzene rings or sub?stituting the hydrogen of benzene ring and converting into easily degradable intermediate products.
