采用溶胶凝胶法及浸渍提拉法,制备了Fe/N、Cu/N共掺杂以及Fe、Cu、N单一离子掺杂改性的TiO2薄膜,并进行SEM表征.在紫外光和太阳光照条件下,考察了改性TiO2薄膜对盐酸四环素的光催化降解效果.结果表明:紫外光照下,Cu、N单一掺杂TiO2薄膜对盐酸四环素的降解效果较Fe/N、Cu/N共掺杂TiO2薄膜的效果好.太阳光照下,Cu/N掺杂TiO2薄膜对盐酸四环素的降解率达到69%,比其他改性TiO2薄膜的降解效果要好,且制备条件简单易行.%Fe/N,Cu/N co-doped and Fe,Cu,N single ion doped modified TiO2films have been prepared by sol-gel me-thod and dipping-drawing method,and characterized by SEM method.The photocatalytic degradation effect of these modified TiO2films on tetracycline hydrochloride have been investigated under UV and sunlight conditions.The resu-lts show that under UV condition the photocatalytic degradation effect of Cu and N single ion doped TiO2film on tetra-cycline hydrochloride is better than that of Fe/N and Cu/N co-doped TiO2.Under sunlight condition,the degradation rate of tetracycline hydrochloride by using Cu/N doped TiO2film reaches 69%,which is better than the degradation effect of other modified TiO2films. Furthermore,the preparation conditions of it are simple and easy.
