rGO-CeO2-Fe2O3的制备及高酸性染料废水的处理

     

摘要

以氧化石墨烯为载体,通过水热法制备rGO-CeO2-Fe2O3复合材料.采用XRD、SEM、EDS和FT-IR对制备的复合材料进行了表征,并对其光催化降解性能和机理进行了研究.结果表明:rGO-CeO2-Fe2O3复合材料对高酸性染料废水的光催化降解效果明显优于rGO-CeO2和rGO-Fe2O3,紫外光照30 min,染料降解率高达97.64%.rGO和CeO2的加入,加快了电荷传输效率,降低了电子-空穴复合率,明显提高了Fe2O3的催化活性.%The rGO-CeO2-Fe2O3composite material has been prepared by hydrothermal method using graphene oxide as carrier. The composite material has been characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS and FT-IR,and its photo-catalytic degradation performance and mechanisms investigated.The results show that the catalytic degradation effect of rGO-CeO2-Fe2O3composite on the highly acidic dye wastewater is obviously better than that of rGO-CeO2and rGO-Fe2O3, and the dye degradation rate is as high as 97.64%,under UV irradiation for 30 min.The addition of rGO and CeO2has accelerated the charge transfer efficiency and reduced the electron-hole recombination rate,which significantly im-proves the photo-catalytic activity of Fe2O3.
