颜料废水治理工程实例

     

摘要

针对颜料废水水质波动大、有机物含量高、盐度高、难生物降解等特点,采用铁碳微电解、Fenton氧化、光合细菌、A/O、生物接触氧化等组合工艺对废水进行治理.首先对两类高浓度废水单独进行处理,然后与两类低浓度废水混合后进生化系统处理.运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,出水COD≤120 mg/L,NH3-N≤3 mg/L,TN≤13 mg/L, pH=7.5,处理出水达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(CJ 343—2010)的B等级标准.%Aiming at the characteristics of pigment wastewater,such as high fluctuation in water quality,high organic matter content,high salinity,refractory biodegradability,etc,the wastewater has been treated by combined processes,such as iron-carbon micro-electrolysis,Fenton oxidation,photosynthetic bacteria,A/O,biological contact oxidation,etc.First of all,two kinds of highly concentrated wastewater were treated separately,and then after mixing with two kinds of low concentrated wastewater,biochemical system treatment was implemented.The operation results show that the system runs stably,the effluent COD≤120 mg/L,NH3-N≤3 mg/L,TN≤13 mg/L,and pH=7.5.The treated effluent reaches Grade B standard,specified in the Water Quality Standards for the Wastewater Discharged to Urban Sewers(CJ 343—2010).
