臭氧—Fenton联合氧化处理钻井液废水研究

     

摘要

针对钻井液废水COD高、浊度高、难于生化降解的特点,采用臭氧—Fenton联合氧化工艺对其进行处理.结果表明,与单独使用臭氧氧化和Fenton氧化相比,联合氧化工艺对钻井液废水具有更好的处理效果.采用臭氧—Fenton联合氧化工艺处理废水的最佳条件:pH=9,先通臭氧处理30 min,臭氧投加量为3 mg/L;再加入Fenton试剂,n(H2O2)(Fe2+)为10:1,反应时间为60 min.在上述条件下,COD去除率达到了95.1%,废水可达标排放.%Since drilling fluid wastewater is characterized by high COD,high turbidity and refractory biodegradation,it has been treated by ozone-Fenton combined oxidation process.The results show that the combined oxidation process has better effect on the drilling fluid wastewater,compared with the method using ozone oxidation and Fenton oxida-tion separately.The optimum conditions for treating the wastewater by ozone-Fenton combined oxidation process are as follows:pH=9,ozone treatment 30 min,ozone dosage 3 mg/L,then adding Fenton reagent,n(H2O2)(Fe2+)is 10:1, and reaction time 60 min.Under the above conditions,its COD removing rate is 95.1%,reaching the wastewater dis-charge standards.
