高职大学生“三段式”顶岗实习管理模式研究

摘要

The internship has been carried out in the college where the author works for several years. There were lots of theoretical and practical experience in this process. And the "three-steps" internship management model was gradually explored in this process. This model has theoretical and practical contribution to guide the college students internship.%笔者所在高校组织了多年大学生顶岗实习工作，在开展大学生顶岗实习过程中积累了大量的理论和实践经验，并逐渐探索形成了“三段式”大学生顶岗实习管理模式，该模式能够有效指导高校开展大学生顶岗实习工作，有着一定的理论和实践指导意义。
