曹妃甸国有企业职工思想和文化生活状况的调查与思考

         

摘要

曹妃甸的发展需要人才保障.关注和改善曹妃甸企业职工的思想和业余文化生活质量,无疑是留住人才、吸引人才的有效路径.本文通过对曹妃甸国有企业职工思想和文化生活现状的分析,认为需从帮助职工树立正确的休闲意识、加大曹妃甸公共文化设施建设、加强职工权益保护、协调好企业发展与职工个人发展的关系入手,使企业职工思想生活状况有所改善.%The development of Caofeidian needs talents. Focusing and improving the amateur cultural life quality of workers of Caofeidian enterprise is undoubtedly an effective way to retain talent and attract talent. Based on the analysis of Caofeidian workers of State-owned Enterprises Ideological and cultural life of their status quo, we propose that we should help the workers to establish a correct sense of leisure, strengthen the construction of public cultural facilities in caofeidian, strengthen the protection of workers' rights and interests, and coordinate the relationship between enterprise development and employee's personal development.
