河北省农村互助养老发展问题研究--基于11市22个农村的调查

Now, to solve the aging problem of rural area is crucial in building a Moderately Prosperous society. Seven years ago,“Mutual Aid Happiness Yard” mode in Hebei Province used to be a new type of rural pension model which was affecting the whole country. But now, it is less motivated. This paper, on the basis of investigation of 22 advanced villages included in 11 cities in Hebei Province, analyzed the problems of the “Mutual Aid Happiness Yard” mode, and discussed countermeasures, hoping to provide references to promote the development of rural mutual ageing and bring benefit to more rural elderly.%当前，解决农村人口的养老问题已是全面建成小康社会的关键所在。7年前曾以农村新型养老模式影响全国的河北省“互助幸福院”模式，而今发展呈现疲态，前进动力不足。在调研河北省11市22个先进村的基础上，剖析了这一模式发展的现存问题，并探讨了解决对策，以期为推进农村互助养老发展的进程并惠及更多的农村老人提供借鉴。
