钣金结构机柜防尘防水设计

摘要

Performance of dustproof and waterproof on cabinet with sheet metal structure has significant impact on the safety of its internal devices. Starting with the significance of design, the widely used three methods of dustproof design and four methods of waterproof design are introduced, and especially, a waterproof design of secondary injection is deeply discussed. In practical applications, a most suitable method should be chosen scientifically and reasonably as per their respective application characteristics and rank of dustproof and waterproof, to attain considerable reputations from customer word-of-mouth and economic benefits, and further promote the sustainable development of related industry.%钣金结构机柜的防尘和防水性能对机柜内部设备安全具有重要影响。从设计意义出发，对广泛应用的三种防尘设计方法和四种防水设计方法进行了介绍，尤其是对二次啤塑防水设计展开了深入探讨。从实际出发，根据各自的应用特点和防尘防水等级科学合理地选择最为合适的方法，以取得良好的客户口碑和经济效益，推动行业的可持续发展。
