腹腔镜微创手术的工作区域狭小,因此难以观察超声手术刀的刀头工作状态,影响对手术实时效果的判断,也无法准确控制超声刀的能量输出。对超声手术刀切割软组织过程中产生的空化效应进行观察和分析,结果表明空化效应不仅是超声刀切割软组织时的重要切割机理,而且空化的产生规律和噪声频谱特性易于识别和提取利用,据此提出了采用空化噪声的频谱特性进行空化效应实时表征的方法,并在动物实验中取得了良好效果。该方法对于实现超声手术刀工作状态的实时监控,具有较高的应用价值和意义。%In laparoscopic surgery, it is difficult to observe the operating state of ultrasonic scalpel blade in the narrow work area, impacting real-time determination of surgery and power control of the ultrasonic knife. This study observed and analyzed cavitation phenomenon produced by ultrasonic scalpel when cutting soft tissue, the results showed that not only cavitation is an important factor of the cutting mechanism when cutting soft tissue, but also the generation regular pattern and frequency spectrum characteristics of cavitation can be easily recognized, extracted and used. Thus proposed the use of cavitation noise spectrum for the operation status characterization, and have achieved good results in animal experiments. This method has a high value for achieving real-time monitoring of ultrasonic scalpel working condition.
