In this paper, XRD, FTIR and chemical analysis were used to study the system temperature change rule and the generation rule of product SO2and S elemental in different passivation processes of iron sulfide, and the experimental results were analyzed from the perspective of energy change.The experimental results show that the gas passivation mechanism of iron sulfide is that low flow rate air passivation changes the oxidation reaction path, increases the proportion of iron sulfide with incomplete oxidation reaction, and reduces the oxidation reaction rate of iron sulfide, resulting in the decrease of the reaction heat release rate.Macroscopically, the system temperature decreases and the peak temperature decreases.%运用XRD,FTIR以及化学分析技术,研究硫化铁不同钝化过程中系统温度变化规律以及产物SO2,S单质的生成规律,从能量变化角度对实验结果进行分析.实验结果表明,硫化铁气相钝化机理是低流率空气钝化改变了氧化反应路径,使发生非完全氧化反应的硫化铁比例增加,并且降低了硫化铁的氧化反应速率,因此导致反应热释放速率下降.宏观上表现为系统的升温速率下降,峰值温度降低.
