基于MCGS/89C51的罐区多罐液位监控系统设计

摘要

In this paper, refinery tank farm multi-tank liquid level monitoring needs of the reliability of the application configuration control technology proposed MCGS configuration software based on multitank liquid level monitoring system design. 89C51 single chip system for multi-tank liquid level monitoring system master, with the configuration software MCGS friendly man-machine conversation interface, to monitor the tank level control system and more real-time operating status. Experiments show that the system has practical application value.%针对炼厂储油罐区的多罐液位监控可靠性的需要,提出了基于MCGS组态软件的多罐液位监控系统的设计方案.系统以89C51单片机为多罐液位监控系统的主控器,用MCGS组态软件设计友好的人机对话界面,来实时监控多罐液位控制系统的运行状态.实验证明,该系统具有实际应用价值.
