基于模糊自适应P ID的恒温箱控制系统设计

             

摘要

Temperature control system is a time -variant , non-linear and multi-disturbance com-plex system , traditional PID algorithm with integral part , resulting in a slow system response , large accu-mulated error .In this paper , the control system of vehicle -mounted infant incubator is analysed , ac-cording to which the mathematical model is constructed .Furthermore, an optimized design of vehicle -mounted infant incubator based on fuzzy adaptive PID is presented , combined with PID algorithm and fuzzy control technology .The experimental result shows that the proposed system is more precision , more stability, faster in dynamic response speed , and the anti -jamming ability is better than the traditional PID control.%温度控制系统是时变、非线性、多干扰的复杂系统,传统PID算法含有积分环节,导致系统响应缓慢,累积误差大。该文通过对婴儿恒温箱的机理分析,建立数学模型,结合PID算法和模糊控制技术,设计出基于模糊自适应PID的车载婴儿恒温箱。实验结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制较传统PID控制,系统控制精度高,稳定性好,动态响应速度快,抗干扰能力强。
