矿山输送系统自动控制的实现

摘要

目前我国矿山行业中输送系统自动化程度不高，存在可靠性差、操作复杂、故障率高、电能浪费大、效率低等缺点。该文提出了一套以PLC为控制中心的煤矿输送自动控制系统，实现了煤矿输送系统的中央自动控制、机上自动控制及人工控制3种控制方式，并给出了系统的硬件系统方案及其部分PLC程序设计。%At present many of the automation degree of mine conveying system is not high , there are disadvantages of poor reliability, comlicated operation, high failure rate, energy waste and low efficiecy at al.This article puts forward a set of PLC control system, realizes three control schemes, central auto-matic control, machine automatic control, and manual control, introduces the hardware system and soft-ware system.
