高精度硬币数量统计系统设计与实现

摘要

为快速统计同一种硬币的数量，介绍了一种高精度硬币数量统计系统。采用高精度电阻应变式压力传感器和16位高精度模数转换器ADS1110，并经过低功耗单片机数据采集和最小二乘法处理，消除测量系统的非线性。对1角、5角及1元的硬币测量结果显示，在满量程下，该系统的数量统计误差为0。%The paper elaborates the principle of the accuracy instrument in order to count the number of coins.A pressure sensor and a 16 -bit A/D converter ADS1110 are adopted in the precious coins counting system .To deal with the data by MCU and least square method , decrease the error of the sys-tem.The counting results display in the 1 corners, 5 corners and 1 yuan coin, the full range, the number of statisticae error of the system is 0 .
