联锁首出记录功能在SIS系统上的实现

摘要

运用SIS系统自身的软件,对现有的联锁逻辑增设中间变量,并通过两种编程方式,实现联锁报警首出功能和联锁发生时间的记录.通过SIS系统HMI(人机界面接口)组态软件的画面组态,在画面上以列表的形式反应联锁报警发生的具体部位,便于及时判断和分析故障.%By using the software of the SIS system, adding the intermediate variables to the existing interlocking logic, through the two programming methods, realize the function which record the first interlocking event and record the time when the first interlocking event occur.Through the picture configuration of the SIS system HMI (man-machine interface) configuration software, on the picture in the form of a list, displaying the exact position where the first interlocking event occur, It is easy to timely judge and analyse of failure.
