锅炉物联网监测关键技术研究

         

摘要

为推动锅炉有效、安全地运行与节能减排,该文运用传感和互联网技术,开发锅炉物联网监测系统,包括传感器选型、称重装置研制、采集硬件研发、监测模型及软件研发、传输通信方式研发及平台搭建等.该系统通过安装在锅炉上的各型传感器,将锅炉实时数据采集、编码并远程传输至监测平台;经后台软件数据处理,实现对锅炉24 h在线监测.锅炉一旦有异常,平台会及时发现,并以多媒体形式向用户发出警示,指导其开展有针对性的优化运行.实际运行表明,系统节能效果良好.该系统在锅炉管理节能、技术改造和云数据共享方面应用广阔.%In order to promote the safety operation and energy saving and emission reduction of boil-ers effectively, an Internet of Things monitoring system for boilers was developed using the sensor and In-ternet technology. The research contents include sensor selection, weighing device development, acquisi-tion hardware research and development, monitoring model and software research and development, transmission communication mode research and monitoring platform construction, etc. . The system can collect, encode and transmit the boiler real-time operation data to the monitoring platform by installing various sensors on the boiler. After data processing, the system can realize the on-line monitoring of boiler in 24 hours. Once the boiler is abnormal, the platform will find out in time, and feedback results transfer to video, telephone, SMS or on-site diagnosis to boiler operators and guide them to carry out the targeted optimization operation. The actual operation shows that the system has good energy saving effect. The system will be widely used in industrial boiler management energy saving, technical transformation and cloud data sharing.
