The present invention discloses a control system and method of an IoT boiler. The control method of an IoT boiler according to one aspect of the present invention includes an IoT boiler for checking an operation state, transmitting state information, detecting the generation of failure through a sensor, and transmitting failure information; a manager terminal which includes a boiler control application for monitoring and controlling the IoT boiler, monitors the state of the IoT boiler, receives control information for controlling the IoT boiler from a manager, and transmits it to the manager terminal; and central management server which is connected to the IoT boiler and the manager terminal via a network, receives and stores the state information of the IoT boiler periodically or non-periodically from the IoT boiler, receives control information for controlling the IoT boiler from the manager terminal, and performing the control of the IoT boiler. It is possible to quickly control the IoT boiler when the failure is generated.
