全氢罩式退火炉退火过程传热的研究

摘要

分析了全氢罩式退火炉退火过程各阶段的基本传热形式，着重介绍了影响炉内换热的两个重要参数-对流换热系数和钢卷径向等效导热系数，并对比了氮气和氢气气氛下以上两参数的不同。最后通过数值模拟计算得到了钢卷退火曲线，并与实测值进行了对比。%The basic heat transfer process in the bell-type annealing furnace with HPH is discussed in this paper. The recent work is focused on two important parameters, the convection heat transfer coefficient and the equivalent radial thermal conductivity, and on their contrasts in the case of hydrogen and nitrogen atmospheres. The simulated annealing curves for steel coil have been drawn and compared with the measured values.
