竖式冷却器金属化球团余热回收工艺研究

         

摘要

针对传统转底炉生产中金属化球团冷却及热量回收,提出一种新的工艺方案,即通过竖式冷却器,利用球团的显热预热转底炉燃料(煤气),将煤气加热到900℃左右,同时将金属化球团冷却到<200℃.利用传热理论证明了采用新型竖式冷却器预热混合煤气或发生炉煤气冷却金属化球团的可行性,并对冷却器内型尺寸进行计算.计算结果表明采用煤气冷却金属化球团,回收金属化球团矿的潜热,每吨成品节省标准煤20~30 kg.%A new technology of waste heat recovery is introduced in this paper, aimed to recover the heat energy of metallic pellet while it is cooled during the traditional RHF process. Through the vertical cooler, the sensible heat of the metallic pellets heats up the fuel of RHF to about 900 ℃, while the metallic pellets are cooled to below 200 ℃. It is proved that it is feasible to preheat the mixed gas using vertical cooler and cool down the metallic pellets using the mixed gas by heat transfer theory. Calculate the dimensions and parameters of the vertical cooler. It shows that it will save 20 - 30 kg of standard coal cooling down the metallic pellet using mixing gas.
