燃气台车式加热炉的应用现状及其分析

摘要

燃气台车式加热炉是常见的热工设备,本文从台车式加热炉的烧嘴选型与布置、设备组成、耐材选择、控制系统以及炉内传热模型等方面对目前的应用现状进行了系统分析和阐述,所得结论对燃气台车式加热炉的节能改造和新炉型的优化设计有重要的参考价值.%Gas car-bottom heating furnace is the common thermal technology equipment. This paper attempts to elaborate and analyze the selection and arrangement of burner, equipment, choice of refractories, control system and model of gas car-bottom heating furnace. The results provide an important reference to energy-saving and optimal design of new furnace shape for gas car-bottom heating furnace.
