太阳轮轮齿断裂失效分析

摘要

采用宏观观察、微观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、有效硬化层深度测试等方法对失效太阳轮进行了分析.结果表明,太阳轮失效的主要原因是热处理组织不良,导致齿轮硬度、接触疲劳强度及弯曲疲劳强度降低所致.%In order to find out the reason for the gear being failure,the macro characteristics,micro-morphology,microstructure of the gear were observed and analyzed.The composition,hardness,carburized layer depth were measured.The results show that the failure of the gear is caused by undesirable heat treatment organization,which lead to the decrease of the hardness,contact fatigue strength and endurance bending strength.
