加工参数对三维整体外翅片铜管冷凝换热性能影响研究

         

摘要

通过实验研究了进给量和切削深度对犁削—挤压加工成形工艺制造的新型三维整体外翅片铜管总换热系数和管外换热系数的影响,实验结果表明,在能够顺利成翅的条件下,降低进给量以及增大切削深度,都能够确实有效地提高总换热系数,切削深度从0.5 mm增加到0.9 mm时,总换热系数增幅在为7.6%~8.2%,在热流密度为100 W/m2时,进给量从1.8 mm· r-1降低到1.38 mm.r-1,总换热系数增幅达到了14%,而在较低的热流密度50W/m2时,进给量从1.8 mm.r-1降低到1.38 mm.r-1总换热系数增幅最大达到了183%.%3D Integral copper outside fin tube produced by rolling and plough ing-extrusion method can effectively improve the efficiency of heat exchanger. The effect of the manufacturing parameters, feed value and cutting depth on heat transfer coefficient is experimentally studied. It is shown that total heat transfer coefficient increases with cutting depth and deceases with feed value. When the cutting depth changing from O.Smm to 0.9mm, the total heat transfer coefficient increases by 7.6%~ 8.2%. When the feed value changing from 1.8 mm·r-1 to 1.38 mm·r-1, the total heat transfer coefficient increases by 14%, at low heat-flow density of 100 W/m2, and increases by 183% at heat density of SO W/m3.
