基于CMMI的软件项目管理体系的研究及设计

摘要

随着软件技术的发展,CMMI已经在软件行业中得到非常广泛的应用.软件企业要想迅速发展,在取得CMMI认证的同时还应结合企业的实际情况,探索适合自身发展的道路.鉴于钢铁行业软件企业在项目管理上的现状,依据CMMI的管理思想,为软件项目管理设计出一套适合本企业发展的管理体系,使软件产品的质量得到控制及提高企业的生产率.%With the development of software technology, CMMI has been widely used in the software industry. Software enterprises want to develop quickly, after obtaining CMMI certification they should be combined with the actual situation of enterprise, explore its own development road. In view of the current situation of the steel industry in the project management of the software enterprise, we designed a set of suitable software project management for the development of the enterprise management system based on CMMI in order to control quality of software product and improve the productivity of the enterprise.
