底吹二氧化碳对炼钢工艺及透气砖影响研究

摘要

基于CO2与钢中元素的反应机理和化学效应,采用中频感应炉研究底吹不同比例CO2对铁液中元素含量和底吹透气砖的影响,实验结果表明底吹CO2不会堵塞底吹元件,底吹CO2降低钢中氮含量,对氧含量无明显影响.%Based on the reaction mechanism and chemical effect of CO2 and molten steel,the effect of different ratio of CO2 onsteelmaking process and bottom blowing brick is studied in the induction furnace.The experimental results show that CO2 does not affect the bottom blowing device,and CO2 has a cooling effect on bottom blowing device.Bottom blowing CO2 decreases the nitrogen content in steel,and has little effect on the oxygen content.
