转炉单渣法冶炼高碳低磷钢的工艺实践

摘要

针对100t复吹转炉单渣法冶炼高碳低磷钢的工艺进行了探索实践,通过现场实践,总结出适合复吹转炉冶炼高碳低磷钢的单渣法生产工艺,通过此工艺可使平均终点碳＞0.17％,平均终点磷＜ 0.007％,平均终点温度＞1 609℃,这大大地提高碳低磷钢的钢水质量,同时也降低了其生产成本.%In this paper,the process of converter single-slag smelting high carbon and low phosphor steel were explored.The average converter end [C] ＞ 0.17％,average converter end[P] ＜ 0.007％ and the average terminal temperature of the converter ＞ 1609℃ were achieved by this process.Meanwhile the quality of molten steel was improved and the cost of production of high carbon and low phosphor steel was reduced.
