并行工程方法在航空生产准备工作中的实施方案和应用效果分析

This article introduces the essence of concurrent engineering,offers an actualization plan in aeronautics process prcess preparation and evaluates its effect.The result shows that the remake ratio of tooling design and manufacturing has decreased,and the process prepartion cycle has been shortened.%简介并行工程的基本思想，给出在航空企业生产准备工作中的一个具体的实施方案，并对其应用效果进行了分析。结果表明，工装返工率有大幅度下降，生产准备周期有较大缩短。
