基于时间竞争的供应链改善决策研究

         

摘要

The make-to-order (MTO) supply chain systems are discussed in this paper. Aiming at achieving the highest efficiency for the whole supply chain, a supply chain decision improvement model is established. It determines not only the optimal price, but also identifies the feasibility of improvement plans according to the relationship between time and cost. A numerical example from practical application in enginery industry is presented to verify the proposed method. Results show that, by the proposed method, it can find solutions with satisfied accuracy and it is practically useful. Thus, this model provides effective time-based decision-making method for enterprises.%以面向订单生产的二级供应链系统研究为背景,建立了以供应链整体效益最优为目标的供应链改善决策模型,不仅确定了最优产品价格和承诺交付周期,还根据制造时间与成本的关系来确定改善方案的可行性.并且结合发动机行业的MTO供应链实例进行了数值分析,利用Mathematica作图,证明了研究结果的准确性及现实意义.此结果对供应链企业基于时间竞争提供了有效的决策方法.
