西安装备制造业嵌入全球价值链的地位高低能够反映西安整体工业国际竞争力的强弱。本文通过分析西安装备制造业的价值创造与价值分配及相关产品的关键核心技术和品牌掌控情况，得出西安装备制造业在全球价值链中还处于低端位置的结论。进一步运用RUV指数对西安装备制造业七个细分行业的国际分工地位进行测算发现，只有两个细分行业的贸易条件比较高，在全球价值链中居于高端或中端位置。其余五个细分行业进口设备的附加值高，而出口设备的附加值低，在全球价值链中处于低端位置。%The position of Xi'an's equipment manufacturing industry in the global value chain can reflect the strength of its overall industrial competitiveness. Through the analysis of the value creation and distribution and the key core technology and brand control of related products, it can be concluded that Xi'an's equipment manufacturing industry in the global value chain is still in the low-end position. Calculation of the position in the international division of labor in seven segments based on the RUV index, it can be found that only two segments have high trade terms, and which means that these two segments occupy the high-end or middle position in the global value chain. The remaining five sub industries reside in the low-end position in the global value chain, because of the added value of the export equipment of these industries is lower than the import equipment.
