大型客机产业的模块化培育分析

摘要

Airliner has a complex industrial structure. The industry chain and main modules of large pas- senger aircraft are analyzed by using the theory of modular theory, and the modular design, manufacture and supply is explained from the two dimensions of product process and modular supply. The modular training thinking of supply chain, assembly and service areas is studied on and the suggestion of service - oriented manufacturing has presented to establish the industry chain of Chinese large aircraft.%大型客机具有复杂的产业结构。本文应用模块化理论分析了大型客机的产业链及其主要模块，从产品流程和模块供应两个维度，分析了大型客机产业的设计模块化、制造模块化和供应模块化，对其供应链环节、组装环节和售后服务环节等三个方面的培育进行了研究，并提出利用“服务型制造”的理念来构建我国大飞机产业链。
