基于CAN总线下串口通讯在车载监测中的应用

         

摘要

In this paper,a serial communication mode based on CAN bus is designed to monitor vehicle-mounted data efficiently and real-time.The communication mode of the upper and lower computers is adopted in the vehicle-mounted environment. The lower computers collect the vehicle-mounted data through the CAN module and send it through the serial port.The upper computers receive the data to analyze the vehicle-mounted data and display it through HMI (Human Machine Interface).In this paper,the data packet format and receiving state machine of the middle layer of the serial port are designed and drawn up by layering the serial port protocol,so as to guarantee the efficiency of on-board data integration and stability of forwarding.Compared with general CAN analysis equipment,the serial port communication adopted in this paper greatly reduces the amount of data transmitte,and improves the performance and expansibility of the equipment.%设计了一种基于CAN总线的串口通讯方式,用以高效实时地监控车载数据.在车载环境中采用上下位机的通讯方式,下位机通过CAN模块采集车载数据,整合通过串口发送至上位机,上位机收到解析车载数据,并通过HMI(Human Machine Interface)显示出来,最终通过串口转发实现了对车载的监测.通过将串口协议分层,设计拟定了串口中间层数据包格式以及接收状态机,保证了车载数据整合高效和转发的稳定.所采用的串口通讯与通用的CAN分析设备相比,降低了转发的数据量,提高设备的性能和可扩展性.
