This paper designs a control er using STM32F107VCT6 as main control chip.The μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system is transplanted.The analog/digital input/output interface and ES485 bus interface is designed for interconnecting with field e-quipment and instruments.The Modbus protocol,PID algorithm and the control of the construction site equipment are realized by the field control er.It can be connected with remote monitoring computer via Ethernet.The TCP/IP protocol and the remote monitoring are realized.The control er has the function of reliable,good versatility,convenient networking,high transfer rate.%在智能建筑中,需要通过对暖通空调、给排水、照明等建筑设备系统进行智能监控,以满足对安全、可靠、节能、长效的要求.设计了一种采用STM32F107VCT6为主控芯片的现场控制器,移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统,设计了模拟/数字输入输出接口和ES485总线接口与现场设备、仪表互接,实现了Modbus协议和PID算法,完成了对建筑现场设备的控制要求;并可通过以太网与远程监控计算机互联,实现了TCP/IP协议,完成了远程监控.该现场控制器具有功能可靠,通用性好,组网方便,传输速率高等优点,在智能建筑监控系统中具有重要的应用价值.
