基于PLC的托盘式运输链顺序控制的设计与应用

摘要

阐述了某钢厂热轧产线运输链的工艺流程，针对第二部分的机械布局，分析其主要工艺流程，解析拆分设备动作控制顺序。以PLC为载体，设计托盘式钢卷运输顺序控制程序，实现钢卷成型之后自动运输的功能。%The process of transport chain of some steel HSM are introduced in this paper.For the second part of the me-chanical layout,analysis of the main process,resolve and split the motion control sequence of equipment.With PLC this paper designs sequential control program of coil pal et conveying,and achieves the function of auto transport after coil forming.
