Response model is one of the most frequently used predictive model.This paper makes a comprehensive introduction about basic concepts,key functions and main contents of response model and evaluated the model.Through design for utility function and attibute weights to get market value function.ln this progress,positive cases and negative cases must be con-sidered.Calculating market value can help enterprises to sort the customers.%响应模型是数据挖掘中使用最频繁的一种预测模型。对响应模型的基本概念、关键函数以及主要研究内容进行了一个综合的介绍，并对该模型进行评估。通过效用函数和属性权重的设计来获得市场值函数，在这一过程中，必须要考虑正例和负例的作用。通过计算市场值可以帮助企业对客户进行重要性的排序。
